Good morning, T.Becca~! My baby's condition was becoming worse and better yesterday. I'm in my office and doning my homework. It's cloudy so I feel gloomy. How about the weather in your area? Today's title is a little difficult to describe but I'm going to do my best. ^^ I think that the best important quality of a boss is how to suggest the company's vision. Another quality is how to lead his members(employees) and to attract their ability. As you know, any decision of pesonnel can't make a big change but most decisions make a big change and affect the company's future. If your boss make a wrong decision, your company will face some problems soon. The higher a person make a decision, the bigger some results come to your company whether it is good or not. Honestly, some companys are having some trobles in Korea due to decisions of their selection. Have a nice day and see you~!
