In my opinion, getting experience and developing soft skills is more important.
Nowadays getting a good job is too difficult for young people even though they have good grade in university.
I saw some interview in the internet by HR Director. When they met some interviewer who have good grade in the university, but their skill for interview and handling the problem is terrible.
That means many company needs staff who has not only good grade but also soft skills.
We can learn about soft skills through the team activity. I think university is small society. Before go out into the real world, young people should get interpersonal skills.

That means many companies need staff who have not only good grades but good skills too. We can learn soft skills through team activities. I think studying in a university is only a small society, before going out to the real world, young people should develop their interpersonal skills.
