I feel tired when I don\'t get enough sleep.
Also, after I finish operations which take a long time, I\'m very exhausted.
In that case, I used to get a short nap for about one hour because I don\'t focus on my job.
After taking a nap, I could concentrate on finishing my to-do-lists effectively with refreshed mind.
However, if there is another urgent situation to complete in a minute, I couldn\'t have time to rest or take a nap.
Then, I\'m very irritated.
Even though it is minor mistakes that I could understand on the other day, I might feel annoyed about that when I\'m tired.
