I have to say that when it comes to physical aspect, there is no denying that men can do heavier and physically challenging work compared to women. Women, on the other hand can also do a lot of things that men can\'t do. It shouldn\'t be an issue of equality but rather how we should compliment and acknowledge each other\'s strengths and weaknesses. ^ ^
