My major is chemistry. I always did science experiments in groups. I am used to team activities. I quickly found individual\'s strong points. I suggested dividing positions to make the experiment more effective. there is always an unexpected situation. I always have safety-situational awareness. I inform my team to follow the safety rules and make sure to wear a mask when conducting an experiment with harmful gases. Why choose? At that moment I liked to do science experiments. But I change my mind because as I\'ve been working in the service field over 5 years, I realized that this is fit me better. When I was in my junior year in college I helped elementary and middle school student at local children\'s center. I was in charge of children of different ages from 8 to 15. I tried to communicate at their eye level. I adjusted teaching styles to meet individual needs of students. I let them make their own target scores and let them know what to do to get them.
