I don't thing that to receive a smaller pay than men. Women and men are different. So it is natural that their's business style and a office life are different. But it should not the cause of distinction. If women and men achive a equal fruit of business, they should be paid a equal salary. In these reason it is not possible that the occupation which are more suitable for women. Of course any works requires an each items has a self-confidence to the work and they want to the work, it is a suit job for him or her. I think that people should a work that he or she want to.
