[In Russia, China and many other countries, there is a tradition of choosing leaders who are quite advanced in years. Do you think that older people make better leaders?] I think surely choosing leaders who are already quite advanced is easy or safe way. But, not always. Sometimes old people have narrow mindset. Relatively young leader have passion and doesn't have fear to fail something. Anyway, I think the age of leader is not important. Most important thing is communication and sympathy ability for member of a nation.
