Who looks after the household budget in your house? My mom manages our household budget in my home. So we have to save all things such as electronic and water to avoid scold. Would you buy a house even though it’s way beyond your budget? I wouldn’t buy a house if the price of new house is over my budget. Because I have to pay a lot of interest on a loan and the principal at the same time for several years. For that period, I can’t do anything such as travel and leisure sports to save money.

Oh I completely agree with you. In my opinion, we shouldn't buy a house 

which is way beyond our budget. The interest and the principal will take every cent from our pocket.
