[Discuss how going through disappointments can have a positive side.] I have been disappointing from last winter. I fell off the final interview for a researcher at the national institutes last January. The last candidates were two persons including me and we had the last interview together. I was very disappointed because I also thought he will succeed in the application after finishing the interview. But, I believe that we can grow from many failures. Before trying and entering to the real battle, I don\'t know my position in society. I can realize \'what was insufficient\' \'what should I do for better\' at the real battle. And it is usually started from disappointments or inconvenience. When I fell off the selection of the research budget, although I disappointed, I knew what should I supplement from the evaluation opinion. I can get the budget and will succeed in and a job interview in the future from the base on these failures.
