I agree with it a little. Especially, first impressions are very important to elders and it is almost not changed forever. Elders have a lot of experiences and met a lot of people. So, they believe that they can recognize the personal characteristics when they meet unknown people. Young people think that is an old fogey. Surely the first interview is very important. But, there are many kinds of people in the world. Someone might difficult to speak in front of an unknown person, in spite of the efforts. Someone can speak very fluently, but he/she doesn\'t have a lot of knowledge. We should know that there is nothing absolute. There are many things which we don\'t know. So, we should have an open mind and the ability to judge the person. Nonetheless, I heard that speaking skill is most important to survive in the fourth industrial revolution era. I think that it means showing knowledge is important because the information already overflows in the internet.
