I think the military service is necessary anytime and anywhere if there are two persons, not a person.
As you know, human beings can not be satisfied with what they have. Thus, a county attacks another country from long time ago. Especially, Japan attacked many country including Korea.
That's why Koean dislike Japanese. They don't apologize to attacked countries by them. Japan is the terrible country that don't know a apology. Anyhow, the military service is necessary to reserve thier countries against any attack like Japan.
I am commuting and writting my essay with the title you gave me.
