I think that the most difficult thing is the absence of \'work-life balance\'. Many people have an interest in \'work-life balance\', we call as \'Wo-La-Bel\' in Korea. Korea was developed very quickly from the 1980s. It means many people work very hard in the company. In my parent\'s period, they worked six days per week and often worked overtime. And I also attend school on Saturday too. It was normal in the era. But nowadays, the world changed a lot. Most workers take a rest on the weekend and the official dinner parties are also decreasing to secure persona life. Students also go to school in only weekdays. And many companies are discussing \'a four-day workweek\' to enhance work efficiency and improve life value. But, many researchers are still struggling with the research and budget day and night. Research is fun and feels so rewarding, but sometimes it makes me tired. I am trying to find my own \'work-life balance\'. If I can find the value or way, I will be happier than now.
