I absolutely agree with the phrase.
When we are young under about 50, we can guess easily someone\'s age.
But, if we see elders, it is difficult to expect their age.
Someone looks like the \'60s but he/she is 70s or sometimes the situation is opposite.
I think the appearance and mood of the person is more important than the numeric age.
I think this is an important point for the phrase.
And a passionate and challenging man looks younger than person who is not.
I also care about my age before becoming 30, it was something sad to grow old.
But, I felt something free after 30, and if someone asks me my age I think for a while.
I don\'t count my age anymore.
I don\'t want to get old either.
In order to live young, it is important to live and think young.
I want to be challenged by new things and brave to perform them.
And I will keep going to learn new things.
I watched that kind of old man on TV, and he looks cool.
