In my view, but, specialization or segmentation of labor for working in company is that method. In modern society, labor or or the employed work for very specified filed. For example, in the production line for snack, someone clean up the raw material and someone separates the inferior goods and right goods, someone put the goods into the boxes. In this method, the labor can work very quickly because it is just repeatable work. But, it is disturb to think whole process. The major company system is also almost same. The employed get the very specific work, so they can not consider total process to maintain major company. So, some people tell to young applicant if you want to do more important work in the field, it's better to enter the small and medium-sized company.
