If I would invent a new kind of sandwich, I would make a Wagyu sandwich.
Wagyu is japanese beef. I will use a high class Wagyu and many vegitables.
I would dredge salts over Wagyu, and grill it. After grill it, I would wrap Wagyu in lettuce like korean BBQ. Finally, I would put this Wagyu wrapped in lecttuce beteween bread.

Where the best Western beef has white streaks running through it, Japanese wagyu is more fat than flesh, a slab of white with a splattering of pink. I would prepare the sandwich using this Japanese beef and vegetable wherein I would sprinkle salt over the meat then grill it. It would then be wrapped in lettuce like Korean BBQ and placed between two slices of bread.
