I am living in my current house for about 2.5 years, and there is no plan to move to the other places for a while.
Luckily, my parents had inherited a small house in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, despite it was in an old town. When I was 20, the government had decided to develop my place, so my family had to move out from there.
There were several options, but my mom wanted to still live nearby. Moreover, she had a long-term strategy to buy a house that was much closer from the centre of the town. However, the opportunity that she hopped didn’t happen immediately, and we needed more money. Therefore, we should have lived in a rental house for several years until she found propriate one. During the period, we moved 5 times, and then finally she succeeded to buy this house that she could be satisfied with. It is still quite small, but really close to a subway station and the other public facilities.
Now, she sometimes says that she would move again if she wins a lottery.
