I usually get bored when I am taking a school lesson and reading a book.

It is very hard for me to overcome boredom.

Sometimes, I become very bored when I’m taking a school lesson, especially, if the class is a class that I don’t like.

Also, when I’m reading a book which is not funny or too hard, it makes me bored too.

First, I try not to sleep.

When you are bored, you fall asleep. So, I drink cold water or go to the restroom and wash my hand with cold water to get rid of sleep.

Second, I try to be interested.

It gets bored unless I like it. So, I repeat that “This is not boring at all.” in my mind.

If this doesn\'t work, either, I choose the way to sleep for a moment and wake up.

I’m using these ways to overcome boredom, but I seem to use the last method most often.
