I think performing the task is better than reading or observing to learn about it. Of course, before performing the task, you have to fully prepare about it. What the goal of the task is, how many the schedule has gone, and so on. But the real thing is to perform the task. In my experiences, there are many cases. Now, I have worked in a project for two years. At first, I was just an observer since I already had been included in another project. At that time, I could not fully understand it. After one year, I joined and now I have worked for the project. The difference between observer and performer is the attitude how to think about the task. If you are an observer, you don't care about several problems arising from the project. But if you are an performer, you couldn't ignore its. It's because you get the responsibility of it. When we get a job, the experience is very important in Korea. I disagree personally. Recruiters may seriously think that. To do some in person is good for you.

Hi, [이름]! ^^ Thank you very much for doing your homework. I think performing a task on you own is very important especially when you are learning a system or a skill. Being an observer is good but being a performer is much better. This is because the concept of a job and how it is done sink in faster when we do the task ourselves. Maybe that\'s the reason why most companies in Korea value experience when looking for employees. They know that learning a skill takes time and to be able to fully do it, it would take a lot of hands-on exposures Anyhow, congratulations [이름]! You have good sentences in your composition today. Good job! ^^ Please continue doing great. I\'m really happy for you. I\'ll see you again tomorrow.
