In my cases, to be shown my shortcomings to others was very nervous for me. Nowadays, I find out that the more if I want to cover them up, the more I could not catch the chance to overcome my shortcomings. Although I has studied english for a long time, my skill is not still improved as I desire. I think it's because I hide my faults. In a proverb of Korea, if there are something wrong, you have to discover it to everyone. If so, It would be clear eventually. When I started to work for the first time, if I did mistake, It was very serious to me. Even though I had promptly to report to my boss, I didn't immediately report and I hesitated. It's because I was scared it. But the mistake is not a crime but just an error. But at that time, I didn't think like this. Nowadays, I don't hesitate to tell my colleagues about my mistake or error. If I don't say anything, a project would be fail. The solution I could not find out would be simple things to others. Loudly speak out, it will be good.
