I think an well-known about something and wiseness are different. Though we become a well-known about everything, it is not cleverness or wiseness. And also, even if you are inherently wise or clever, if you don't polish your ability, you would be normal. Therefore, I think the important thing is the education no matter what he or she is wise or normal. Nowadays, there are many different studies and it's very dynamic.
