It's hard to do it in Korea. Before we ask about something of people in authority, we are anxious about the matter after doing it. Therefore, we could not proactively ask the question. I think it is a very bad culture in the office. If it still remains, the organization would be harden or would be not effective. Everybody knows that it is not good. But nobody changes it. Especially, in the eastern society this situation is very serious. Therefore, the productivity is very low if it is compared with our working time. We don't have any discussion steps when we meet with people in authority. It's because people in authority wants to obey his command and ideas. He don't want to wonder his proposal. Even if someone wonder about his proposal, he never agree with other's opinion or he always defense against other's opinion. Therefore, even if someone has a question about it,he don't ever say that. Just obey it.Many people want to get the agreement from people in authority when he say another.

Hi, [이름]! How\'s your day? Thank you very much for writing in our composition board. I would like to congratulate you for writing good sentences! ^^ I\'m really happy about it! I agree with you when you said questioning people in authority is difficult. The major reason for it is that, they have the power and they could easily over throw you. This is particularly true at work and in the government. People keep their mouths shut because they don\'t want to lose their jobs or they don\'t want to get in trouble with the government. It\'s a sad reality. However, in my point-of-view, questioning those who are in power is a very effective way to challenge their beliefs and the old ways. Great civilizations were created because even the people who are in authority dared to question themselves and their own beliefs. Questioning signifies that you are thinking. It means you are challenging your own way of thinking. That\'s my opinion regarding this matter. I hope you\'re having a great day. See you tomorrow. Take care. ~Teacher C[이름] ^^ It\'s hard to do it in Korea. >> CORRECT! OR >> It\'s difficult to question people who are in authority in Korea.
