Everything in the world has their own value. If we ignore this, we could not receive the respect from others. If you want to receive the respect or esteem from others, the beginning is to esteem others. In Korean proverb, if the words that are spoken out is beautiful, the words that would be answered is also beautiful. In the working place, there are many similar situation. For example, in the discussion there would be many opinions about some problems. And many people want to find out a solution. Everybody want to be picked one's opinion up as the answer. But if nobody listen to other's opinion, the conversation could not end up. In living and working with peeps, I think the esteem is very important. If mind is very precious, other's also is precious. If we neglect this, the society and workplace would not get along with and be finally collapsed. When we talk about something with an opposition, we have to respect the opposition. If not, the talk would be fail.
