To tend to accept the opinions of others is very convenient for normal persons. It's because this is very easy and simple. On a second thought, it is not to accept the opinions of others but it is to combine mind with others. When we discuss about some problem with colleagues, it will conflict with each other in the opinions. I don't think that an opinion of a person is just correct. It's because he is not a god. Therefore, we have to accept other's opinion and we have to properly assemble various opinions. I think that it is to accept the opinions of others. Sometimes, we don't want to describe our own thought to others. Sometimes, they thought that even if I tell my opinions, it would be not accepted, therefore they give up saying something. I think if you want to listen to various opinions, you have to make an environment to easily say anything. If you want to listen on a certain time, you would not listen at all. Absolutely, there are various opinions about something.

Hi, [이름]! ^^ Happy Thursday to you! ^^ Most people have an intense need to be accepted by the society. I think that\'s the reason why we comply to its norms and are confined to the walls it builds. We are forced to suppress innovative and creative ideas because we are given the notion that these ideas are radical thoughts that could bring about chaos when in truth it could possibly lead to change. People are often afraid of change because they are forced to get out of their comfort zones. Change is the only permanent thing in this world. Getting out of your comfort zone can be down right scary but sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and trust that everything happens for a greater purpose.  Growth takes place when you are out of your comfort zone. Change results to a greater cause when you choose to be different and act different because you believe that doing such could help you become a better person.
