I think that the rules are needed to maintain an organization. Of course, the rules have to be reasonable. If not, the organization could not keep going for long time. The rules must have a common sense for everybody to accept it. After establishing the rules, many people have tried to comply with them. However, there are always exceptions that some people haven't want to comply with them since they think the rules restrict their inspiration or their imagination. I think the rules is also made by people. Therefore, if most of people don't want to obey it, it could be modified or deleted. But it is not easy to do that, it's because the governor always doesn't want to remove it from there rules. They told us that if the rules were removed even if once, the society would be chaotic. But like as you know, it is not true. They always lie. In the world, nothing is absolute and nothing don't change. We have to keep this in mind. Everything have a time to need and have a time to disappear.

Rules are created to guide us and help us adapt to the situations we have.  They\'re suppose to make our lives easier and more manageable. By sticking to the rigid rules, our growth as an individual is hindered and we become stagnant. What is right today may be wrong tomorrow and what could be could be applicable today may be useless tomorrow. This is probably because our situations change from time to time. As I\'ve said before, change is the only permanent thing in this world. When changes arise, the rules also need to change in order for us to be able to adapt to the situation at hand.
