The first task we check e-mails as soon as we arrive at an office everyday. If we don't check it, we cannot do anything more. The internet is very close to our life. In the case of office workers, they have to work with the internet in order to search a specific content or to send a contract. If they are not the office worker, they always take a smart phone on their hand. If you get on a subway, we can see a very interesting scene. Everybody gazes their smart phone. In all cases, we could recognize something. The internet or smart phone are very useful tools, therefore, many people easily addict on them. On the other hands. there are some problems. They are exposed a variety visual affect and they don't want to read a book. Their brain cannot get a change to think about something. Therefore, they act promptly without pondering.
