I think this is a very good policy for a family. Nowadays, many family only consist of father, mother and children, unlike a big family which includes a grand-mother and grand father. In case of the big family, after mother born a baby, there were many relatives who were able to take care of mother. Therefore, if the paternity leave can be used during working, it would be a very useful policy. But there are many problem to use this policy without reluctance. It is a common mind that the care of babies is a responsibility of mother. If we see it in the view of the maternity protection, it is an obstacle for us who live in the modern. But someone says it as an ideal case, it's because there are many small companies that could not give their workers enough vacations. They have to work during other company's workers leave the office.I think it's a problem to have be solved.If this problem is not solved. the society balance would be collapsed.Before executing the policy,we have to solve it.
