I often feel like running low on my energy when I finish my work late at night.
Also, I\'m exhausted after I concentrate on something.
I think eating and sleeping well are the best way to fill the energy.
When I feel very tired, it\'s difficult troublesome to chew and swallow the food.
However, if the stomach is empty, it\'s hard to fall in deep sleep.
So I try to eat something which is highly nutritious although I feel really exhausted and irritated.
Next, I used to take a shower with hot water to keep my body warm.
Finally, I get a sleep.
After I get enough sleep, I feel refreshed.
