I think just old buildings having no historic values should be destroyed and replaced to modern buildings in order to make economical, landscaping values. Also, just old buildings have many safety problems. However, buildings having historic values must preserve because historic values are quite priceless. So, except buildings having historic values, old buildings which don’t have any values should be replaces to buildings having values for people.
