I believe it would be better for children to learn foreign language as soon as they start school because to let them get used to a foreign lanuguage(especailly, English). we live in global world and globalzation is getting fater than the past. Even if they can not be good at using foreing lanugage, basic knowledge of a foreign language is important for their future which is to get a advantage in getting a job, imformation ans so on.
