Let me explain why my community is the best place to locate a new university.

1. Low living cost.
My community is very famous for its nice food with a chip price. Even some gorgeous and luxury restaurants are expensive, But Normal foods is very cheap and delicious. Also, rent fee in my community is far cheaper than Seoul and other big cities.
2. Traffic.
There is no subway in my community but, there are many bus and cheap taxi. Some people think it is not convenient for going to a school or traveling somewhere compare to using subway, however, out transportation cost is cheaper and there is no gap in travelling time.

1. Low cost of living

My community is quite known for it\'s tasty food at a cheap price. Even though there are some high-end restaurants that are expensive, the delicious local fair can be bought at a cheap price. Further more, the rate of housing lease in my community is far more desirable compared to Seoul and other big cities.

2. Transportation

There are no trains in my community but there are plenty of buses and cheap taxis. Some people think that the lack of a subway is an inconvenience or disadvantageous when travelling to school or to anywhere else however the transportation cost in my community is cheap and travel time is not affected.
