Here are my corrections:

I didn’t have any of experience of taking cooking class yet.

Actually, I would like to learn how to cook well in that class especially, I would like to learn how to cook Japanese Cuisine.

>> Actually, I would like to learn how to cook especially, Japanese Cuisine.

Japanese cuisine is very expensive far more than Korean Cuisine and most of all I really like Japanese food.

>> Japanese cuisine is far more expensive than Korean cuisine and one more thing, I really like Japanese food.

So, I want to make Japanese cuisine by myself to save money and eat a lot of my favorite Japanese cuisine.

>> So, I want to cook Japanese food myself to save money at the same time I can eat a lot.

After learning and being able to make some Japanese cuisine, I will learn Korean Cuisine.

>> After learning how to cook and prepare Japanese food, I will learn how to cook Korean food.
