Here are my corrections:

Let me tell my conclusion first, I agree with not judging a person\'s character quickly because person’s characters cannot be judged so quickly and Judgment of it is very subjective.

However, I would like strongly emphasize that the first impression is really important, because first impression is the only information to judge each other’s personal character at the first meeting.
