I think flat is effective in this world. We don't have enough land to build houses as population has increased. I can get my own house with smaller land and cheaper expense than detached house. And this living form is tend to has better security. So apartment is the reasonable living form in the comflex city. But it also has disadvantages. There are grave noise issues from upstairs, a few freindship between neighborhoods and many crimes are have appear at the dark stairs of apartment.
