I totally agree it. I know some factory make terrible pollutions and I don't know another way to control it. They have responsibilities about causing pollution and taking higher taxes is one of a good way in the capitalism society. Money is the most impact means to most industries. If they should spend lots of money, they will try to decrease their part of pollution.
