I skipped the classes 2 days in a row because I was not in a good condition, last couple of days. I helped my parents make kimchi, we call it [kimjang] in Korean, meaning making kimchi for a whole next year for families and relatives. Of course we just made it only for 3 persons for our family. hehe. It was my first time experience I've ever cooked kimchi. It was really hard job to make kimchi of even just 30 heads of cabbage. Until last year, my mom and her sisters have gathered together in the eldest aunt's home for Kimjang. They normally made more than two hundred heads of cabbages for all of their siblings' families. I cannot understand how they have made it that much so far. I felt so sorry that I have never helped them. The next morning, I couldn't wake up with all the pain in my muscles and got a cold as worse. My mom said she doesn't have to worry about kimchi for next year and she's feeling so rich now. haha. I feel the same.

Min,

Now you know how hard it is to make kimchi so you should help your mom every year. Or, you could just buy, that\'s the easiest!(\",)
