First of all, every child learns something very quickly. It is hard to learn new things when we get older while children have great speed in acquiring reading skills. Second, children can expand a range of imagination. Since there are lots of interesting stories in a fairy tale, children can experience many situations indirectly. Third, children who start to read early may feel comfortable with letters and that is a great advantage to perform academic tasks that are always composed of letters. Lastly, they have more chances to read and speak their language as an inevitable consequence. And that may stimulate a certain part of the brain which takes charge of language. For these reasons, children who are exposed to reading earlier will be outstanding in their school studies.
