Those who believe that women should be treated as equal to men in the job market argue that people should not be judged by their sex. Every individual has the freedom to choose his or her job depending on aptitude and interest. For example, if a woman is good at resolving differences and establishing policies, she can be a politician. Or a man who is delicate and treats people well can be a nurse. Also, those who agree say that women have no disadvantage as a police officer or a servicewoman. Women are strong enough to conduct hard work. However, there are some people who believe women are less suitable for this kind of job. They say that women are so weak and women are more likely to be modest, not to be vigorous. Also, they believe there is a difference in jobs that must be chosen according to sex. I think this is a very old-fashioned idea. Women also have as much potential as men. And if a woman is too weak to be a servicewoman, that is a problem of an individual, not of sex.
