Yes, I agree with this opinion. First of all, I had many experiences to see bad situation that they were more interested in politics at work than pure working. I am definitely certain even some senior workers work very hard and actively. Surely, companies need elder people for learning their skills and experiences. However, companies will be collapse if they allow to work high level workers because of their high wages. Second, there are many job seekers who clever and well-educated people.
