Today we had a conversation about the stress. I'm a sensitive person. So, I get lots of stress from my work and other people. I have really tried not to get or to get rid of the stress. But, I couldn’t satisfy the current result. I have some conclusion about this. That is what I focus on the other person not me. For example, I'm always comparing me with other people about all my circumstances. I know it's not good. But my this characteristic is not easy to change. I really want to live happily. But, I'm now in the stress. I have no solution right now. But I convict it's going to be better day by day.
