When I have an urgent matter to talk to my boss who is talking on the phone, I would like to solve the problem with three different ways. First, I am going to keep waiting him until he finishes his call. This is because it is hard to judge what is much more urgent between his call and my urgent matter. Another way is to leave a memo on his desk while he is answering the phone. Even though he is talking with someone else, he can see the memo. It is a wise way not disturbing the conversation but conveying my message. The other is finding another person who can handle the urgent matter. In the company, a work is done by getting tangled up like a spider web with lots of people. Thus, it is sure that the boss is not only the person who can solve the problem. With these three ways, I am certain that the urgent matter will be solved well.
