I don\'t think so. Because If a country wants to make people apply the military service by themselves, a country must give much money to them but there\'re not enough tax to afford needed service men. Sordiers are nassasary to protect a country but everyone don\'t want to do that if they don\'t get much money but much money is impossible so young people\'s military service has to be a duty.

I don\'t think young people have the right to choose when it comes to military, because if a country wants to make people apply the military services by themselves, the government must give huge amount of money to them, but there isn\'t enough tax to afford needed service men. Soldiers are necessary to protect a country but everyone don\'t want to do that if they don\'t receive much money, but it will be impossible. Hence, joining military service has to be a duty.
