I think the discipline of the children is needed to be firm. The discipline is to correct wrong behaviors of the children, for example, having a meal, saying something and watching a TV. The children don't have enough an endurance like adults. They want to do something until they satisfy it. However, if we let them go, there will be disappear rules for living with others. We never live alone, so we have to keep the rules, which it is to get along with neighbors. So, the parents have to be firm to discipline the children. Sometimes ago, I had heard something about discipling the children. It was the fact that the consistency in discipling the children is very important. I think the consistency is same with being firm in discipling. If parents don't have the consistency in doing something related with the children, they seem to be confuse. So, if parents want to discipline their children, they have to get the consistency in their behaviors. If you keep this rule, it may be good for all.

Kids learn more when they do routinary things and same is true when it comes to disciplining. They tend to pick up or learn things easier when routine is established.
