I enjoyed reading your insights in relation to our topic.

I think apologizing and admitting that you are wrong is a very brave act.

Only a few people can actually do this that\'s why I consider it as a remarkable.

Of course, most leaders would like to show to the people they are leading that they are excellent.

This is because they think that doing such thing would command respect.

However, being humble enough to admit that you are not perfect and would sometimes commit mistakes is far better than pretending that you are perfect.

Doing this would help you gain more respect from the people under your care.

Apologizing is not a easy thing to people having a high pride.
