During the operation day, I often haven`t had adequate time to eat lunch.
Some surgeons said that empty stomach is better focusing on their surgeries, so they don\'t eat anything until they finish their surgeries.
However, in my case, I feel difficult to concentrate on my surgery when I am hungry.
So, I used to grab simple snacks in case I skip the meal.
The great qualification of simple snacks in this case is that they should be small to eat once and high calories to satisfy my hunger.
