Two of my friends suffered from severe depression a few month ago.
One is a mother raising a sick child, and one is a single woman who had to financially help her family because her father\'s huge business was seriously ruined.
When I met or talked to them, I realized that they were in danger.
I can easily find the main reason for severe depression in their situation.
However, even if I found them, it was very difficult to give comfort or advice because I never experienced those situations.
I worried that my rash word would hurt them more.
I just contacted them often, and sometimes I gave them just a small present to make them feel small happiness.
We sometimes had a chat, and sometimes they wept.
Then, I felt that their mental state became better and they became stronger.
But, depression is easily spread, so we have to take care of my own mental health too.
