I agree when you said that all experiences are beneficial.
The good experiences motivate us to be consistent in our actions or to do better.
On the other hand, the bad experiences teach us to be cautious and to not repeat the same mistakes.
I think that\'s the reason why they say that experience is the best teacher.
It always has something to teach us.
