We should rightfully expect something from public figures, which is very a proper thougth as a citizen. I try to find the answer from the terms. "Public" is not private. So, when they deal with something, they have to evenly do it even if there are a lot of profits relating with themselves. The public figures, especially, who are elected from the election, have a big power, normally, for example, president, congress men and majors. The one thing that we expect from them is cleaness of their authority. Many public figures having a powerful authority might want to use their power to get their profits, which is the one thing that general people seriously concern. In progressing their job, it would be success or not. We could excuse it. However, the bribe or abusement of power is not a object of excuse. The most that we expect from public figures is to clearly execute their job for public. But in many cases, we could not easily find the clean pulic figures, unfortunately.

Hi, [이름]! ^_^
Thank you very much for taking the time to answer our essay question for today.

I agree with you when you said that it is just natural for the public to have high expectations towards public officials.

Primarily because the people pay their taxes and they don\'t want someone who abuses his/her power and wastes the public\'s money.

I think the saying: \"With great power comes great responsibility\", is absolutely true.

Anyhow, that is my opinion about it.

I hope you\'re having a great day.

See you again next week.

Have a great weekend. ^_^
