Q: An accomplishment, event, or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others.

When I contact a difficulty or new thing, I keep telling myself what this will be the change for upgrading myself.

After I entered graduate school for master course and doctoral course, I met new chance like this.

When I submit first international journal article and apply first proposal to get research budget, I was really hard.

But, on second time, It was relatively easy.

So, I like to tell to me what I will upgrade on step after this difficulty.
