Answer:
There is a saying in Korea that \"more is just as bad as less,\" which means that excess is as harmful as deficiency. I think keeping a proper balance is very important, but it is very difficult.
So I have recently decided to focus on giving compliments and encouragement rather than advice. I realized that even well-intentioned advice could hurt the other person and potentially damage the relationship.
