Teachers are definitely humans, too :)

We get angry, hurt, disappointed, and we do imperfect things.

However, this form of discipline is really unacceptable.

Expressing anger beyond proper ways is really insane.

Second, they need to ask their students the reasons based on their mistakes and listen carefully first.
